1/2 cup coconut oil (or 1/4 cup of ea coconut oil & palm shortening)
1/2 cup of cacao powder (raw, unsweetened)
1/4 (-1/2) cup of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla powder
Place all ingredients in food processor. Mix until smooth & well mixed.
Line a small loaf pan, shallow bowl or plate with parchment paper. Spread fudge evenly in chosen container. Chill in freezer or fridge until firm. Cut into small squares by scoring. Serve cold as they become soft quickly.
NOTES: * These should last about 10 days, but if your household is like mine, they won’t last more than 2.
